Understanding how you come across to others is at the heart of good communication skills. Being able to choose your response to any given situation rather than adopting a knee jerk reaction gives you more control over the impact you have, and behaving assertively without spilling over into aggression is a great skill to acquire.

Our assertiveness skills training is suitable for anybody who wants to develop a more assertive style at work. The course is most relevant for administrative staff and those new to supervising or managing teams.
Whilst the theory behind this course is anchored in Neuroscience, you do not need any previous knowledge of this subject to attend this course.
