Bulelwa Nguza-Mduba

Managing the faculty of 4 departments with a staff compliment of 60 members and 3 000 students. The faculty offers different commerce-related programmes that include certificates, higher certificates, diplomas and bachelors of technology in Accounting, Auditing, Financial Information Systems, Management, Human Resources Management, Public Management, Office Management and Technology and Tourism and Hospitality Management programmes.

I am responsible for giving the strategic direction of the faculty where the four pillars of the university are emphasized, including teaching and learning, research, community engagement and academic administration. Being responsible for enhancing the professional development of staff members, providing a conducive learning and supporting environment, assisting with the funding for the students and managing the human, physical, information and financial resources of the faculty in an efficient and effective manner. Ensuring that the quality of teaching and learning activities continues to improve so as to assist our learners to get employment and be self-employed.

Diana Chodeva

As a professional with over 20 years of experience gained in several businesses in diverse industries, I believe that things can always be done more effectively and more efficiently.

Solving complicated problems has been a constant in my life , which is why after completing my articles of clerkship with Deloitte at an early age, I found myself consulting to companies both large and small.
Companies that fail to prepare for the "future of work" will undoubtedly end up losing. In the end the dinosaurs always die and that is why I'm committed to helping businesses stay ahead of the competition in this transformational era.

Each client’s situation and challenges are unique. I listen to my clients to understand what they have identified as challenges. Taking a dive deep into the business with a fresh pair of eyes, I identify core issues and strengths before making recommendations. I collaborate with teams to define new and innovative approaches and execute on solutions to align strategic goals with departments, processes, organisational structures and business systems . I guarantee results for each of our clients.

Gert Oberholster

Gert is a seasoned training facilitator and -manager and highly regarded as a subject matter expert in maintenance, project management, RCA, productivity and business management. He is a dedicated, passionate and committed training professional.

Gert is an innovative thinker and, as a trainer, readily harnesses the utilization of technology, automation, user-friendly templates and other digital tools to enhance the transfer and application of learning to the working environment.

Irene Stavast

Irene Stavast has been working in Education, Training, Development and Facilitating over the past 18 years. During this period she was holding a variety of management positions within the public sector, while managing a small private consulting business. She designs and presents training in response to customer needs, facilitates small and large groups, leads organizational change efforts, and conducts individual and group coaching sessions.

With her background and experience as a regional training manager for a major Communication and Retail Industries, Irene has formal qualifications in HR, OD ETDP, and Project management. She is also holding an International accreditation for learning and facilitating techniques. She comes highly recommended for professional training material development aligned and unaligned.

Throughout all of this Irene is highly emotional matured and prefer to work on projects with all walks of life with connects to her audiences that can make an immediately implementable impact towards contributing for a better life.
 

Jaco Kleynhans

Jaco has 30 years’ experience in maintenance engineering and maintenance management. He has worked in a number of line management and consulting roles focusing on maintenance and supply business process reengineering and reliability engineering.

He has a strong background in operational roles as well as a consultant to a wide range of industries. He is highly competent in systems design, configuration and implementation.

Karl Von Buddenbrock

Karl Von Buddenbrock gained his Master of Education (M. Ed) from University of Witswatersrand in the RSA. As a Microsoft MVP for Microsoft Project, he is highly experienced in corporate training – has trained thousands of professionals over the past 20 years.

He is also highly qualified in educational theory and methodology. He has taught courses like MS Excel Basic – Intermediate – Advanced over 150 times and travelling to seven countries in Africa, teaching Project Management, Database, MS Projects, Technical Report Writing, The countries include Eritrea, Ghana, Mozambique, Botswana, Namibia, Zambia and Uganda.

Karl is an experienced trainer in project management and Microsoft Project. He specialises in delivering advanced workshops on best practices to show users how best to use Project to help solve project management problems such as scheduling time critical and resource constrained projects.

Nic Gildenhuys

(MAP) Wits Business School, Dip Project Management.

Nic has extensive experience in the banking industry. Although he has also been involved in a diverse range of other industries his primary focus centres on strategic management facilitation where he has extensive knowledge of the Balanced Scorecard.

Nic Gildenhuys has a solid track record in project management with over 25 years in the field of learning and development as trainer, leader, manager, coach and programme designer. Operating in Republic of South Africa and the SADC Region, Nic has the enviable position of having trained in all sectors (private, government, corporate, NGOs), across most industries in various subject areas. He brings in-depth knowledge and experience to offer rigorous, insightful, challenging and highly practical training that is inspiring and motivating. 

Passionate about learning interventions and training development, Nic’s facilitation style is highly energetic and packed with practical ideas, tools, up-to-date information and strategies for success. He proactively works with participants to make training as valuable as possible, ensuring a return on investment of their time.

He is an Agile, global strategic leader in driving business solutions within marketing, sales, finance, big data analytics and business development areas in premier companies. Delivering strategic business solutions for multi-rand businesses across the globe and allocating resources to exceed profit and sales goals. Particularly adept at streamlining, reorganizing and leading large, staffs productively.
